We value our customers and seek to ensure that every order is filled correctly. Sometimes a good reason still comes up to request a refund. You don’t need to worry about buying the wrong product online when you purchase from us. Here is our Refund Policy to make it clear and easy; we value your ongoing business

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Refund requests received beyond 30 days from the date of purchase, up to 45 days, including refund requests without a QuickSplint proof of purchase, will be reviewed individually for qualifying to receive a QuickSplint Merchandise Credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be shipped back to us. We ask that you complete a short survey providing feedback that we can use in making our product better for others. Please include your purchase receipt or a copy of it along with the returned product. If you don't have it, we may be able to locate it in our system.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If approved, a full refund or a merchandise credit will be equal to or the lowest selling price of the purchase from the previous 30 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
